Biography:	Benjamin began drumming at the age of 8 with Ed Best. At 9 he was drumming with Misty Isle Grade 4 and at 10 he was with Misty Isle Grade 3. When the Pasadena Scots was formed in 2007, he became the lead tip, and has been with them for 3 successful seasons. At 12 he began lessons with Richard Baughman and joined the L.A. Scots. He competed with them the following year on Glasgow Green at the Worlds in 2009. Now 14, he is beginning his first year of competition at the professional level. Only 7 more years until he can spend his prize money on beer!
